- Diners: Table number, selected menu items, order total, and payment reference tokens. We do not store full credit card or raw banking credentials.
- Hotel Owners: Business name, owner name, contact number, email, billing address, and uploaded menu card images.
- Sales Agents: Name, contact details, city, UPI ID, and referral network mapping.
2. How We Use Your Data
Data is used exclusively to operate the SwadPay platform:
- To route orders instantly to kitchen terminals and cashier POS systems.
- To process subscription billing and calculate multi-level sales commissions.
- To run AI menu extraction routines using secure Google Vision and Gemini instances.
3. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell user data to advertising networks. Information is only shared with third-party service providers (e.g. UPI gateways, email delivery, and SMS systems) strictly required to execute your requests.
