How SwadPay Connects the Restaurant
From the moment a customer scans the table QR standee to the final plate delivery, SwadPay's digital pipeline keeps the front-of-house, kitchen, and billing systems in perfect sync.
Step 1: Scan Table QR
Customer Ordering & Payment
The diner sits at their table, opens their phone camera, and scans the secure SwadPay table QR standee. The restaurant's menu opens instantly. They browse, customize their order, and place it. Payment is made securely on their phone via UPI, Cards, or NetBanking.
Step 2: Order Transmission
POS & Cashier Tracking
The billing counter and cashier's Point of Sale (POS) system receive real-time notifications of the new order from the customer. The cashier interface confirms the order transmission, generating a billing receipt immediately.
Step 3: Kitchen Production
Kitchen Ticket Received
After being received from the customer and tracked by the counter, the order is routed to the kitchen screen. The chef sees the table number and dish items (e.g., Table 7: Biryani) and begins preparation right away.
Step 4: Order Fulfillment
Fresh Food Served
The chef completes cooking. The waiter is notified, picks up the fresh dish from the kitchen window, and delivers it directly to the customer's table. High speed, zero miscommunication, and maximum customer satisfaction!
